My Story
For twelve years I ran teams and hit targets, and from the outside I looked the part. But somewhere in my mid thirties I stopped recognising myself. The promotions felt hollow, the mornings felt heavier, and I kept asking whether this was really it.
Burnout didn’t arrive with a warning. Taking time off was the first honest thing I’d done in years, and in that pause I found coaching. I trained, I did the work on myself, and slowly a new version of me came into focus. Today I help women who are exactly where I was: capable, respected, and quietly exhausted. I know the territory, and I know what it takes to change it.
My Approach
I work collaboratively and practically. No empty motivation, no one size fits all. Every session is built around your situation, and we always leave with concrete steps, not just good intentions. I’ll listen without judgment and hold you to what you say you want, so insight actually turns into change.
